To My Dear Family and Friends,
It's Christmas day, the day Jesus was born
Exult and be happy, but please don't mourn
I've prepared for His birthday celebration
With delight, excitement and pure elation
My wings have been fluffed, and my halo is shined
My gown is pure white, and with gold, it is lined
It's a festive time, since I have not died
Instead, I'm rejoicing, with God at my side
I'm singing a song, my voice I raise
So Heaven's alive with song and with praise
I'm dancing with friends, both young and matured
And with angels and saints, I honor Our Lord
I'm laughing and giggling and having such fun
Playing games with the angels, I skip and I run
The trumpets are blaring, the music is grand
And all is okay in this joyous land
I know you can't be here to see what I see
Just trust in your faith and believe in me
This party in Heaven is better than great
Some day you will know, but for now, you must wait
I've blown a kiss from my throne up above
Merry Christmas to you and those whom you love
When you feel my kiss brush across your face
Return one to me, in this heavenly place
Until the day comes when I greet you here
It must be enough to know I am near
